Ms. Talha Salaria

Ms. Talha Salaria has two decades of experience as a corporate lawyer, being a trusted advisor to clients in a broad range of transactions, acting as an outside general counsel across a wide range of industries, entrepreneurs, venture capital and private equity investors. She has an extensive background in representing both buyers/sellers, investors, M&A transaction, JV’s and strategic alliances. She has been involved in more than 100 transactions ranging from seed capital investments to several million-dollar dispositions. She has long standing professional relationships with significant players such as Team Lease, Quess, GE and Fidelity in areas of data protection, corporate governance and employment matters.

Ms. Talha found L.A.W. (Lawyers at Work) nearly a decade ago, as one of the only women lead law firms and in a very short span of time, it was recognized as one of the top 50 law firms in India and a go to firm for corporate and M&A transaction. Social impact assignments being a key area of interest, Ms. Talha is a partner at Social Venture Partners (www.socialventurepartners.org) and has been actively involved in sustainable philanthropy projects. She holds BA LLB (Hons) from National Law School of India University, Bangalore and ISC from Welham Girls High School, Dehradun.
