Mr. Hemant Pandya

Mr. Hemant Vijay Pandya, is the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company. Mr. Pandya has around 18 years of experience in the field of compliance, corporate secretarial functions and regulatory governance. He is a qualified Company Secretary and a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has been an integral part of JM Financial Group. 

He also serves as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of JM Financial Limited, the holding company of the Company. Prior to this role, he held the position of Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited, a fellow subsidiary and a Middle Layer NBFC.
